Tarli Bird is an artist inspired by a passion for travelling and exploring. Intuition guides the recreations of her surroundings. Using layers of acrylic, spray paint and hand embroidery she reimagines the built and natural environment. Simple lines, colours, texture and patterns are used to extend the boundaries of representation.
Tarli holds a BA and MFA from Monash University in Melbourne.
Tarli joined Grand Image in 2022.
