Cheryl Martin was born in Minnesota and now resides in Arizona. Martin has been able to capture and reflect the essence of various environments from the Midwest to the West Coast through her own personal experiences. Her soul yearned for paint and the excitement it brought at an early age, so her mother gave her an artist's smock and allowed her to paint with oils at the young age of five. Martin would spend hours on end painting, and this childhood pastime turned into a career. Cheryl studied art and graphic design at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Cheryl joined Grand Image in 2010.
