Glenn was born and grew up in Cincinnati Ohio, but quickly tired of the slow pace as a young adult, and he moved to Cleveland. Once there, he quickly found work as an artist for American Greetings, and studied watercolor painting with artists Fred Leach and Fred Graff. He pursued his own painting outside of the greeting card industry, and found success at many regional festivals and galleries. In this time, he married and had a son, Miro, who is now nine years old. Glenn continues to paint landscapes depicting the beauty of his home state.
