Andree B. Carter is an award-winning artist known for her vibrant use of color and textured mixed-media techniques. She developed her artistic style in her native New Orleans and has exhibited her work in galleries across the United States, with commissioned pieces reaching an international audience. Carter holds an M.F.A. in Painting from the University of New Orleans and a B.A. in Painting from Loyola University. Her accolades include a Painting Fellowship from the Virginia Center for Creative Arts and several juried awards.
